It looks like we have our first extremely detailed listing of specs for an Apple iPhone 7 rumor. Here are the details:
- Both iPhone 7 models will still have LCD displays and “will not feature a significant breakthrough.”
- Both will include LPDDR4 RAM (same as in the iPhone 6s)
- The 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus will have 3GB of RAM
- The 4.7-inch regular iPhone 7 will still have 2GB of RAM
- That extra gigabyte of RAM is required on the iPhone 7 to power its dual-lens camera
- The iPhone 7 Plus’ memory module will “be the first in the series to have 3GB of memory in the form of four stacked 6Gb mono-die modules."
- 64GB option might be discontinued and replaced by a 128GB version
- Apple “is certain” to make a 256GB iPhone 7 this year
- Entry-level iPhones will ship with 32GB of storage
- The case design for both iPhone 7 devices are expected to be similar to last year’s models
Thanks for the tip, Anonymous!
