Apple Launches iOS 8.0.2 to Make Up for 8.0.1 Fiasco; New Update Still Has Issues

Yes they are there to look at, but they didn't appear when I was trying to change wallpaper. I checked now and I don't see a way to access the ones not stored in recents.

This is a wallpaper change issue.

There was an article on iOS issues that mentioned this issue with outside photo sharing.
