Apple to force users to onto ios7 ??

Just been sent a link ( site rules forbid me from posting link )
That apple will auto upgrade users to iOS 7
They quote a similar thing happening from 5 to 6, now this is where I don't believe it as I only upgraded to 6 last week

Thoughts ???

Total BULL *bleep*. Have been iOS developer for 3 years and there has NEVER been a program or requirement like that EVER.

FYI it was another iPhone page, in fact I think it was from a paid for app ( not my app )
