It‘s a global challenge, but it didn‘t appear in my Activity app. As my watch is acting up recently (still no January Challenge showing, losing connection to the iPhone at least once a day), I guess it‘s a problem with my hardware or software.

Have you already tried unpairing then re-pairing the Apple Watch?
