Application for showing streaming files on Windows 7

I m looking for an application that after I connect my iPhone it will show the movie on my laptop screen. I want to use my laptop as an external monitor.

the only options i know of are for jailbroken iphones.

screensplitr and veency both do this im not sure how good it would be for a movie since there is a slight lag.

Display out from cydia will also work this may be your best bet but you need to purchase a apple 30 pin to hdmi cable
