Apps greyed out on PC

Hello Everyone,

When I connect my iPhone to my PC and click on the iPnone, then click on apps, the app screen comes up greyed out and I can't do any moving or deleting.

I'm nervous to hit the sync apps as it tells me all the apps on my PC with overwrite my phone.

Can anyone help me

Yet ANOTHER iTunes issue -- there have been many these past few days!
I'm sorry but I can't answer your question, other than to say that I also had greyed out Apps showing, and just ignored it. Several weeks later I reconnected, and iTunes seemed to "download" all my apps to the PC and now they're not greyed out. I have no idea what I did, but all seems well now. FYI, hitting any Synch button within iTunes is inviting disaster unless you're a seasoned pro and have already "learned by suffering!"

Note to Apple and the iTunes guru there: I have two words for you!!
