Axvoice and Skype not working on 3G networks

I have been using my Axvoice.com and skype account on my iphone successfully. I was using my SiP account via Bria. The problem is it works fine on wi-fi networks but my skype account does not work in 3G networks. I have re-installed Bria and configured both Axvoice.com and Skype but problem is still there.
