is there a program I can use to back up my iPhone other than iTunes? If so, can I then select what I'd like to restore other than having it restore everything?

The only other backup i know of is icloud, but i not familar with it as i don't use it.
I only itunes.
But good idea you have as i like to have such an option to restore on what i like as blackberry manager for my blackberry allows a person to do so.
