Backup and restore cydia application

Can anyone help me how to backup and restore cydia application after upgrading the iPad IOS version to one newer

There's a Cydia app called xBackup that will make a list of all your Cydia packages and allow you to restore them after upgrading.

Does it backup and restore all cydia application ? If yes how to use it please

Yes, you just hit backup and then update and then hit restore

Thanks but it seems backup the cydia sources only not applications did u use it

Yes, Ive used it every time I restore or upgrade, it saves a list of the Cydia packages you have installed and then when you restore it redownloads and installs them for you.
