Backup apps from iPhone to itunes?

Hi everyone,
I was wondering how can I transfer all my apps to iTunes. I've already backed it up but I can't seem to transfer all apps. With previous versions of iTunes I'd just right click and then back up and transfer apps but now I can't do that any more with latest version, is there any way to do that? Thanks a lot in advance for helping me.

Did you try syncing your apps? And make sure that your AppleID is logged on with that copy of iTunes as well so that Apple can verify the purchases.

Thanks for the help Wilerz. The reason why the app wasn't working in my case what that i wasn't signed in with the Apple ID....

This is also the solution if iTunes keeps forcing you to restore your device to be able to use it with that computer. Make sure that your AppleID is logged in, and that you "Authorize This Computer" in the Store tab on the top.

Yes, i will keep a check out on that whether i am logged on or not from my Apple's ID or not. Once again thanks for the help
