Backup from itune to iphone 8

I have old backup from my old phone 7 plus it was 24/12/2017 now i try to restore the back to iPhone 8 Plus its resorting after finish the ask me for the normal setup passcode/Apple id / language
After finish the setup again ask me for the same setup i try so many times .

Any suggestions?
