Backup incomplete

Hi I joined this forum hoping to get an answer to my iCloud back up problem. The iPhone is great all the family have one and that is seven of us. We all have this problem so am hoping to resolve it soon.

Can you give more information and details about this situation because all we know is Backup incomplete.
So we can't solve it this way,

welcome! it may be that your backup is over 5GB

It has backed up now took about six hours I think it will be ok now thanks for replying
