A new report from 9to5Mac's Mark Gurman claims that Apple will be deeply integrating Beats Music into iOS, OS X, iTunes and Apple TV under a new moniker.
The Apple team is apparently working with Jimmy Iovine and Nine Inch Nails leader Trent Reznor on the service. Gurman's sources have told him that the service will cost under $10 and is entirely designed by Apple, with Beats' content and technology.
The new converted Beats Music service will not appear as a standalone app, according to the report. Everything will be located in the Music app on iOS, where subscribers will be able to browse the catalog, stream music and create playlists.
Formerly rumors claimed Apple would have this update and feature ready for the Grammy Awards this year. However the Grammy Award are happening this Sunday, with not even a hint of this sort of update in the mist. We're thinking we'll see this debut at WWDC this year with iOS 9.
