9to5 Mac reports that Best Buy is currently offering the 8GB iPhone 4 for $49.99 on a 24 month contract on Sprint, Verizon or AT&T, following the lead of Target and several regional carriers. This represents $50 off the regular price of $99 charged by Apple and some other retailers. However, unlike other offers, the Best Buy reduction does not just apply to in-store purchases, as free shipping is also offered on the deal, which comes via Best Buys website, and lasts until June 30 2012.
9to5 Mac reports that Sprint customers can also get themselves $100 discount on an iPhone 4S as part of a forthcoming trade-in promotion, set to run from May 18 to June 30. Basically just trade in any old iPhone to get $100 off an iPhone 4S, providing that you sign up for a 24-month contract and open a new line of service.
