Broken Pwr B ,iPhone 4 - 6.0.1 Jailbreak Help

I have a iPhone 4 Verizon CDMA and i want to jailbreak it but i cant because my power button is broken.
I have the *Latest* iTunes

Ive made copies of 6.0.1 CDMA firmwares in DFU mode using Redsn0w so i can shitf restore it into DFU mode but on itunes i try to restore and it says this firmware is not compatable!

What am i doing wrong or any suggestions
or
is it even possible to jailbreak a ios 6.0.1 (without a power button)
or is it possible to restore a iphone 4 using shift restore to restore it with a custom 6.0.1 DFU firmware?

The DFU and regular IPSW are different. One is ONLY for putting the iPhone into DFU mode, the other is actually used to put the iOS onto the device.

There is a jailbreak for the iPhone 4 on iOS 6.0.1 but it is a tethered jailbreak.

As for the incompatibility issue, make sure you're using the correct IPSW. The iPhone 4 has THREE different types of IPSW headers:

iPhone3,1 - GSM
iPhone3,2 - Global True Factory Unlocked
iPhone3,3 - CDMA

Make sure you're using the one with the correct header that corresponds with your device
