Calendar disappeard

Calendar on both iPhone and iPad disappeared. Not mine but my friends. Any suggestions what might have happened and how do we get it back. I assume syncing but I worry that it wiped it from the cloud as well

Hello and welcome to the forum.......Enjoy the forum!
What was the last app he downloaded? That might have a bug in it and is attaching to certain apps. Try doing a hard reset by holding down the sleep and home buttom at the same time untill you see the apple logo and let go. If that doesnt do it, make sure you back it up on itunes and you might have to do a restore.

It was not on her iCloud either. She thinks she accidentally deleted it. She just retyped everything. Thanks for your help though.
