Calender sent through outlook 2007 to Iphone, it receive as attachement

hi,
i am facing following issue if any one have solution kindly share with me

1. Have an appointment / meeting request sent to my MobileMe via Outlook 03-07.

2. I'm expecting to receive an email on my iPhone and MobileMe, asking me if I would like to Accept or Decline the meeting.

3. If I "ACCEPT" the meeting I expect it to go into my iPhone Calendar and MobileMe Calendar.

What's happening:

1. Appointment sent out from Outlook to [email protected]

2. Email/Appointment is Pushed to iPhone.

3. I open the email/appointment and it only has the Subject and an attachment called "meeting.ics"

What if you try it with iCloud instead of using mobile.me?

i have tried same on ipad same issue is coming
