Camera's protection and flash

Hi any protection means to protect back camera/flash and front camera?

There are opinions all over the place about films over both camera's.

I believe otterbox defender has films, but too bulky for me.

Otterbox doesn't have film covering the camera and flash. I would think any covering would really degrade the quality of the pictures.
