Can I unlock now?

Seen some stuff on google about unlocking ios5.

I have an iPhone 4 ios5 baseband 04.11.08

Two questions:

Can I now unlock my phone?
If I do unlock it, will I still be able to use it with iTunes?

I guess if the answer to both of those questions is yes, then I'll figure out how to do it by looking around the web. Instructions would be nice though
