Can I upgrade after I downgraded from ios 6.1.3?

Hello,

I was on ios 6.1.3 and I had the ios 4.3.3 SHSH Blobs saved so I downgraded from ios 6.1.3 to 4.3.3 by using a custom ipsw made from snowbreeze but now I was wondering would I be abe to update to ios 6.1.2 by using SHIFT + RESTORE on itunes?

If you have valid blob and APTickets, you can restore to 6.1.2 without first going to 4.3.3 if you don't have 6.1.2 blobs with valid APTickets you can't restore at all

So if I dont have the SHSH blobs for 6.1.2 I cant update to it? I did downgrade from 6.1.3 to get to 4.3.3 using SHSH blobs and that went successful, so is there no other way to get to 6.1.2 without the SHSH blobs?
