Can't backup iPhone 6 to PC after 11.3.1 update

I use to backup my phone monthly now I can't backup iPhone 6 to PC after 11.3.1 update says it was never backed up and options to back up are grayed out. this is also after updating PC windows to version 1803. I re-installed iTunes with no change.

Did you get the iTunes download from Apple.com or from the Microsoft Store? Which ever one you used try the other one to see if iTunes syncs properly with your iPhone.

scifan57 thank you that was it, I installed from MS app store updated the driver and wammo it worked again.
