Okay recently for the last 2 weeks I haven't been able to connect to itunes, my phone charges on my PC but it wont connect to itunes. I've literally tried everything underneath the sun, from uninstalling reinstalling everything dealing with apple. I've went to the services option on my computer and stopped and restarted apple mobile device as well as ipod. I also tried the the option where you go to msconfig at start menu and follow those options. I'e updated the drivers. I've tried EVERYTHING. Can someone please help me with a solution to this problem, by the way I have an AT&T iphone 4s 16gb.
 
Have you tried running sync diagnostic in iTunes?

Help> Run Diagnostic Test> Sync Test.

Or just run all test.
 
Yeah I done that, that's how I found out how to do all the other things
