Cant create icloud account on iphone

Hi, when i go to settings and click icloud i am asked to log in on my apple account. When i do a new page opens with "create a new icloud account" along the top but after a second it closes and im back at the main screen.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Hi. Should go to www.icloud.com from your pc and login from there initially for the first time.

Then you go to your phone and login.

I should ask, when you went to create new account on your phone, does it now show you as logged in to icloud?

Doesnt work, when i go to the link i log in with my apple id and it says i need to setup icloud on my device, its a vicious circle :S

i just did mine i click set up ,download icloud input my ID and got access to all .....
