Can't put movies on my 4s.

I have used an itouch for a couple of years and have had no issues putting movies, These are my home movies in mp4 from my gopro, on it with itunes, But now with the iphone 4s I can't do it for the life of me, Anyone have any idea's on how to do this? They are mp4 videos
