Can't send picture on Factory unlocked 4s. HELP!

So i was looking to send and receive picture the other day from my friend, but soon realized that i cant not receive or send pics, can anyone help me please?

Do you have MMS enabled in Messages?

Do you happen to have the Cydia tweaks biteSMS and Copic installed? Cause Copic has been known to prevent pictures being sent via biteSMS. You can't have both installed on the same iDevice (so I've read).

If that's not it, then sorry, I've got nothing.
