Can't sync with iTunes 4.3.3

Jailbroken redsnow 9-rc16 4.3.3 and ultrasnow also iPad band 6:15;00 tried DFU never completes it get right about there never says finished...help..... How can I delete music from iPod in iPhone without iTunes ?
