hy everyone ,recently I have upgraded iphone 4,4.x.x ios to 7ios, now after upgrading I phone is not charing by adaptor but whenever I connect with pc it gets charge by data cable, can any one tell me what should I do??

Try doing a hard reset, that's holding down the home and power buttons until you see the Apple logo then release the buttons. Let us know if that helps...
