Contacts wont sync Office 2010

Hi,
I have a 16gb iPhone 4 and iTunes 10.0.0.68
And basically i can not get my contacts to sync from Outlook to the phone.
I do not get any Sync errors and iTunes says syncing contacts but there is nothing on my phone.
Can anyone please help
