Credit card info update.

I can't find where it allows me to update my credit card info for App Store and iTunes purchases.

That can be done on the iPhone and in iTunes on a computer. Here's more information:
Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support

Scroll to the bottom of the App Store app. You should see your Apple ID. Click on it. It will ask you to log in. Do so. Then you get a window that has a box that says Payment Information. That is where you do the update.
