We have a strange problem with my wife's iPhone Comcast email account. Have been on phone for hours with Apple, Comcast, nobody can figure it out. In a nutshell, her Comcast email not working with her iPhone. I tried deleting it and re-adding to iPhone mail client, it won't let me do it. When we try to access her email via the Xfinitiy website, we successfully log on, but get 'not authorized' error. Here comes the strange part: Her Comcast email works perfectly on my Windows PC and on her Macbook computer. Just not on her iPhone. We fired Comcast Xfinity a few months ago, and they're trying to tell us it has something to do with this fact. BUT, if that were true, why would her email work perfectly on other devices, but just not on her iPhone? Additionally, I her husband also have a Comcast email account that works fine on my Android phone and Windows PC. So if our email accounts were shut down, I would have issues with my email account, but I don't; mine works perfectly on all devices.
