cydia crashed or ?

Hello , i have a huge problem and i would like some help !
Today i jailbroke my iphone 4 , using redsnow , version 5.1 tethered !
Everything seemed perfect at start , through cydia i downloaded many nice applications like five icon dock , barrel , iconclasm , masks , cydelete , mxtube , sbsettings , icon renamer and other apps .
When i downloaded winterboard my iphone rebooted on its own and i lost every change i made through cydia like the 5 icon dock ...
I cant open anything i downloaded , including cydia or installous .
Could someone tell me what happened and how i can solve this ?
