Cydia purchased apps?

I have lots of purchased cydia apps on my i4. Will these get transfer when I get the iPhone 5? thanks

The are not tide to a device, they are part of your account. Sample I use some apps in the iPhone and the iPad from the same account.

they'll be transferable but being compatible is another story.

Sounds good, thanks. I understand it will be a while for some apps to be compatible. I just hope the most used ones catch up fast enough.

The most popular iTunes apps will already be iOS5 compatible by the time iOS5 goes public. The developers have already had the SDK to update their apps to be compatible for weeks now so you can bet that they will already have their apps ready to run on iOS5 as soon as it comes out.

Cydia apps are a different story. iOS5 changes mobilesubstrate so it will probably take a while longer for a lot of the Cydia apps to be compatible.

No they aren't, the apps in the Cydia store would never be allowed in the regular app store for the most part, that is why Saurik created the 3rd party app store.

I know that too but my question is why the apps available through cydia are not there in apps store.if I wl install cydia does it wl affect my warranty

I already told you why. They are not approved to be in the regular app store. Jailbreaking will void your warranty but you can just restore to a factory firmware and they will never know you were jailbroken in the first place.

You're going to see a lot of the tweaks that were for jailbroken phones implemented into the next firmware. As far as the apps Jmills gave the best answer.
