Dater is a Cydia Tweak which will add a Timestamp to all of your photos. Within your Photos application, underneath ever photo you will see the date and time you created it. This works for pictures taken with your camera, saved images from applications, and even screenshots. Holding down on a photo and choosing "Image Info" will give you a few extra pieces of information about your image. DAter can be found for $.99 under the Big Boss Repo in the Cydia Store.
