I have iphone 4s with ios 5.0.1. In menu setting there is menu deveper

But after i upgrade ios 5.1 developer menu is gone how to get again

I may be mistaken, but were you running the beta version of iOS 5.0.1? Cause that's the only way I know that you'd have that particular menu item.

Regardless, now that you are on the released version of iOS 5.1, you no longer have a beta version, thus, no need for that menu line. IOW, you now have a bone-stock iPhone 4S.

Odds are you installed iOS 5.1 thru iTunes instead of thru Xcode 4.3.1 using the "Organizer - Devices". Basically your iPhone only has the Provisioning Certificates at this point. To correct, launch Xcode and wait for it to be fully opened. Now connect the iPhone and this should cause iTunes, iPhoto and the Organizer from Xcode to launch automagically (if you have them installed). Once the iPhone is done syncing, select the Organizer - Devices application, right mouse click on your iPhone and select "Add Device to Provisioning Portal". That should 100% re-provision your iPhone and restore that menu under settings.
