Device is stuck on itunes

I have tried several times restoring my device and it finishes restoring but the itunes logo still appears. When i attempt to jailbreak it, it ends up back on the itunes logo. What should i do?

Recovery Fix or Just Boot it if it's jailbroken.

I actually really don't get why your device is always in some sort of trouble. You're doing something wrong

Its a different device, im a supplier...Its stuck in an itunes loop. When i restart it it goes back to the itunes logo
