Disable or move slide to unlock bar

I have 2 questions!

1. Is there a possible tweak to disable slide to unlock, so i can use ONLY volum buttons from Activator?
2. If no, how can i move the slide to unlock to top of lockscreen?

A tweak called LockScreenSettings works beautifully for me. I use the activator slide in from bottom gestures to unlock my phone

Ugh, to bad i upgraded my iPhone 4s to 6.1.3.. Can't jailbreak it x)
