Ever since I updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 9, I've noticed that I occasionally get that dialog box notifying me that carrier charges may incur for activating iMessages/Facetime (with Cancel/OK choices). I don't use these two anymore, so I was wondering whether this is some sort of a new "feature"/reminder from Apple to "convince" non-users into activating it? Or could there be some serious bug or even malware hidden (the phone had a clean install earlier this year, and wasn't jailbroken ever since)?
The message appears randomly after waking the phone via home button + fingerprint. At one occasion it was displayed when browsing websites - can it be triggered from a website as well (maybe it was a coincidence)?
