Downgrading question

My iphone was running 4.0.2 BB 1.59.00 unlocked to tmobile. I got all blog SHSH saved from 4.0.2 to 4.3.3. It currenlty running on 4.3.3. It is possible to downgrade to 4.0.2? to unlock again. Does the baseband downgradeable as I downgrade to 4.0.2?

Downgrading your firmware does not downgrade your baseband. Even if you downgraded back to 4.0.2 you would still be on your current baseband so there's no point in downgrading.
