Correct.... as long as you have an internect connection and Cydia's servers are up and running. :-D

Plus it makes it more accessible for Sn0wBreeze, RedSn0w, etc when they ask for SHSH blobs. Sometimes the "local" button greys out for me on RedSn0w, so having them on my machine doesn't exactly help.... Not sure if that's just my PC's problem or RedSn0w's.
