Pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was after getting the email from apple. I had to search the app store and be pretty specific with search terms to locate the app.

Ive downloaded the app but have not been able to sign on. I keep getting the error "unable to process your request. Please try again later. " Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Fingers are conductive.. Rubber & plastic isn't. So it basically insulates the antenna from your hands.
