Email sharing suddenly broken

Hi, this is so strange. Out of the blue, I can no longer share via email. Functionality is broken in pretty much any app that has the email share option (browsers, YouTube, news apps). It loads the blank email page but doesn't populate with a link or allow me to add a recipient, etc. This just started yesterday. Iphone 5 on the latest os, not jailbroken? Anyone else experiencing this? It's driving me nuts! My default email address is working fine, have not recently changed the password or messed with the settings or anything. I'm mystified.

Nevermind, I tried my old friend the hard reset and it fixed the issue.
