emails from exchange vs. Gmail

I have a new 4S and Siri is happy to send emails for me from my personal Gmail account. However, whenever I set my Default Account as "Exchange" (to try to send it from my company's Gmail (exchange server)...go into Settings, then Mail, the Default Account...Siri says that she is unable to help me at this time. Any ideas?????????
