What emoji app can I use that it will show up also when texting to other phones besides iPhone? I'm jailbroken also, thanks

You can get biteSMS from cydia, it comes with emoticons and doesn't matter what phone your contacts having, the emoticons you send to them will display on their phones. Emoji is for non jailbreak users and can be found in the app store.

You dont need to download an app to have the basic emoji keyboard. It's built into IOS. Go to settings>general>keyboard>keyboards>add new keyboard and click emoji. Now when you want to use it in texts just click the little globe symbol next to space and it will bring them up.
