I recently tried jailbreaking my iPhone 4 CDMA on 6.1.3, but get an error during the finals steps. Redsn0w does its thing no problem, and shows the "Done, everything else happens on your device" message. However, while finishing up on my phone, the command line messages go through, with it eventually repeating "Please wait." It does that for about 20 clicks before showing "applenandftl initialization failed." After that the phone repeats the "Please wait" and error message over and over.
