Everything seems to be working well except

Have jailbroken my phone4s with greenpoison and everything was working fine with cydia/********** but now when I go to installous and do a search I get a API error. I did a search and my ISP hasn't blocked anything as I can still go to ********** and stuff I followed a tutorial that said uninstall and reinstall cydia and ********** but that did not work. Any ideas?
