Go to settings >notifications > facebook

- notification center [on]
- show [5 recent items]
- alert style [banners]
-badge app icon [on]
-sounds [on]
- view in lock screen [on]

and if still no working

Go to settings > facebook > push notification

All must [on]

and if still not working

Emmmmm i dont now whats the wrong

Have you considered its just the buggy fb for iPhone app ???
Got to be one of the painful apps out there, awful from a company as big as fb
