Facetime Expert Advice Needed!

there is no Facetime available in settings thats the problem.

You won't have the FaceTime button because it's blocked in the united Arab emirates. You stated in a previous thread that you don't want to jailbreak so please give it up and use Skype or something

Yeah just tried it on 3G doesn't work.
