All of the sudden my songs and podcasts on my iPhone are at about double speed. Ever hear of this happening?? I am stumped about how it occurred and how to fix it. Help!

Check the scrub bar. Tap on the screen and see what it's doing there

I found the speed button and somehow I put it on 2X. Not sure how I did it but oh well...thanks.
