There is no "file system" unless you have a jailbroken phone. Even then it's not like an old winmo phone.

File System > Its essentially Unix / Linux based. As Danny above said you cant get to it unless your jailbroken & even then you really need to know Unix before you go messing around with anything.... you have to get your 755 permissions right!!
