Here is available 3g tower but many time its on edge Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The reason it goes to EDGE is because the 3G signal is too weak for a proper connection. Your iPhone will automatically connect to the best available signal.

But in android we can select wcdma only but in iphone we cannot

and on the iphone you can toggle off LTE OR 4G or 3G, which ever is the fStest your phone's hardware has. But the OP was concerned that his phone signal kept slipping to a lower rated tower signal. Why would I tell my phone LTE or nothing? That is what you are suggesting. Any signal fluctuation would resume in a no -functioning g phone. I have a need for the ability to lower the strength of signal to save on battery. And the strength of the signal is controlled by the network towers and not the phone.
